Trade Compliance Specialist
 
Location: Market Deeping
 
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 – Dependant on experience
 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Trade Compliance Specialist to support international trade compliance across a market-leading technology company. This role involves ensuring adherence to UK, EU and US export regulations while supporting projects that protect national security interests.
 
Trade Compliance Specialist Key Responsibilities
	- 
	Manage export and import compliance processes, including licence applications, customs transactions, and record keeping. 
- 
	Provide guidance on UK/EU and US trade regulations to internal teams and projects. 
- 
	Conduct Restricted Party Screening and due diligence activities. 
- 
	Support audits, commodity classification, and licence tracking. 
- 
	Deliver training and compliance awareness across the business. 
 
Trade Compliance Specialist Skills & Experience required
	- 
	3+ years’ experience in trade compliance, export control, or customs. 
- 
	Knowledge of UK/EU export control laws and ideally ITAR/EAR regulations. 
- 
	Experience with export licensing and customs compliance. 
- 
	Ability to hold and maintain UK Government Security Clearance (BPSS minimum).
