Recruitment is tough and demanding, with not many people outside of the industry realising how competitive it is. On the one hand you have the large multi-national recruitment companies who have established a power base with the biggest employers in the UK, in turn making themselves the go to people for employers to work with due to driving huge volume through their business every year. Then on the other hand, you have small independent recruitment companies and advertise only providers, some of which are very good and then others who give the industry a bad name due to poor working practices.
Both David and I have strong beliefs in delivering a quality service, long term relationship building, strong administrative standards and doing what we say we are going to do. We believe in getting things right first time, and if we don’t then we quickly learn from it. We believe in supporting our candidates and clients through the whole process, of which there are many hurdles to overcome.
We offer a friendly and approachable ownership team, who have close to 35 years combined technical engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, project management and executive hiring experience. We are involved in all decision making from which suppliers we use, which clients we want to work in partnership with through to which candidate’s CV is sent to the client. We offer a full 360 consultant model, but the difference is we do all the work. We combine this with a keen technical interest, an open-door policy and first-class engagement model when working with both client and candidate. Ultimately, we are keen to create long-term business partnerships based on the successful delivery of our clients’ expectations.
We understand that no two businesses are the same, which is why we offer bespoke recruitment services, tailoring our offerings to the individual needs of the business. So, whatever the budget and timescale, we will find an approach that suits everyone’s recruitment processes to deliver the most optimum service possible.
