Technology Transfer Delivery Manager
Salary circa £50,000 plus bonus + benefits
Based in Stevenage, with hybrid working and international travel
We’re looking for a delivery-focused professional to manage the transfer of complex defence technology from suppliers to overseas customers.
In this role, you’ll deliver small-to-medium technology transfer projects, working with international suppliers, customer industrial partners, and internal stakeholders across engineering, commercial, and programmes. You’ll coordinate schedules, manage risk, control export approvals, and ensure delivery against contractual and IP licence obligations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys operating in ambiguity, managing multiple stakeholders, and delivering in a high-trust, high-complexity environment.
What you’ll be doing

Delivering international technology transfer projects to cost, schedule, and quality

Managing supplier and customer-facing transfer packages and statements of work

Coordinating export control, licensing, and IP obligations

Producing progress reports and senior-level updates

Supporting commercial and procurement activity linked to technology transfer
What we’re looking for

Experience in project delivery, export, offset, or international programmes

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Commercial awareness, contracts and IP exposure desirable

Comfortable working across cultures and travelling internationally

UK or dual UK citizenship, security clearance eligible
