Systems Integration and Proving Engineer
Salary: Up to £50,000

We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Systems Integration and Proving Engineer based in Stevenage. Our client, a well-established, growing company, is seeking several engineers to work with stakeholders across projects, to plan trials to demonstrate integration and gather evidence to qualify equipment on new platforms. The role will require travel within the UK and may also offer opportunities to travel abroad.
Your Responsibilities as a Systems Integration and Proving Engineer:

Analyse and report on in-depth analysis of the system behaviour across its internal and external interfaces.

Deliver trials in a number of environments, including:

Virtualised software platforms
-
Lab-based integration and functional rigs
-
Platform integration and acceptance trials
-
System of Systems integration trials
-
Platform firing trials
-
Conduct and support failure investigation and isolation activities across the system

Support safe and reliable trials, including developing and maintaining risk assessments, management of hardware and software assets and control of hardware and software configuration.

Experience with the IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management toolset, Jira management toolset and software and script writing, for either analysis or developing tooling, is desirable, although training will be provided.
