Salary: Up to £50,000

Due to a ramp-up of deliveries, a Supplier Performance Manager is required to bring experience and knowledge to ensure effective Supplier performance, capability & Risk management. The team works across all programmes in the business in a changing environment, managing and implementing both mature and new technologies.
Supplier Development Manager experience required

Ideally, a degree-calibre Supply Chain professional with international working experience in Aerospace, Defence, or Manufacturing sectors.

Managing a portfolio of suppliers, reporting to the designated project the performance and managing supply chain risks to closure

Capable of carrying out capacity audits which will identify key bottlenecks, yield, resources and sub-tier mapping activities to form an industrial view of supplier

Assess supply chain and suppliers’ capability to meet the delivery profile for both current state vs Future State

Hold excellent problem-solving skills and understanding of techniques such as DMAIC to develop and implement root cause analysis and improvement plans within the Supply Chain

Identify, escalate and mitigate potential Supply Chain Risks and put in place associated improvement and mitigation plans

Assist in supply chain excellence improvements
