Salary:             £50,000 - £60,000 + benefits (Depending on experience)

What you’ll be doing
You’ll take a lead technical role, working with hardware and software teams to make sure products are designed, built and validated against real-world requirements.
 
Senior Systems Engineer key responsibilities:
  • Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements
  • Review architectures, interfaces and design decisions
  • Guide development and support verification & validation activity
  • Champion good systems engineering practice and the V-model
  • Help drive commonality and compatibility across systems
  • Partner with stakeholders to influence future product direction
 
What you’ll bring
  • 1st or 2:1 class Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant technical subject
  • Strong experience across the full product development lifecycle
  • Solid understanding of communications systems, networks or RF
  • Knowledge of VHF/UHF communications, CNS or similar domains
  • Ability to interpret requirements and turn them into functional use cases
  • Experience in demanding, high-integrity environments
