Senior Project Engineer
Location: Bristol
Are you a seasoned project engineer or systems/design engineer with a passion for delivering innovative equipment solutions for the defence sector? If so, then we have a fantastic opportunity where you will take responsibility for technical project management and certification, working on high-profile naval projects, supporting both domestic and export customers, and playing a vital role in the development of next-generation defence systems.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of technical project management, acting as a critical interface between project teams and the equipment design authority. Your expertise will help ensure that the system equipment meets performance standards and project commitments while managing technical requirements, integration strategies, and lifecycle activities.
As the ideal candidate, you will have experience managing projects involving equipment or systems within a customer or export environment, as well as managing technical requirements for your equipment and the integration strategy with peer systems, including project lifecycle management and acceptance of the identified deliverables. You will bring a collaborative approach, manage technical interfaces, and lead cross-disciplinary teams to deliver complex systems that underpin important naval operations.
