Our client, a recognised leader in defence engineering, is seeking a Permanent Design Assurance Technical Advisor to join their dynamic team in Bristol.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a close-knit, technically proficient team engaged in delivering leading-edge capabilities to clients. You will be instrumental in certifying products, supporting compliance, and ensuring that design and verification strategies meet rigorous standards across the entire product lifecycle.

What we’re looking for

Significant experience in complex system development, ideally within a defence/aerospace or similar environment, with strong engineering skills

Proven background in Requirement Development, Design Assurance, Verification, and Certification, including creating technical plans and formal evidence documentation

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing complex projects and collaborating effectively across teams

A proactive approach with an eye for continuous improvement and problem-solving

Experience in managing product lifecycle and technical compliance within a secure environment
