Commercial Contracts Manager

Our client, a leading defence company, is seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager to manage the lifecycle of Domestic Commercial contracts with precision and integrity. Commercial Contracts Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance.
- Oversee the full Route to Contract, including bid processes and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, including amendments, renewals, and closeouts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and defence industry standards.
- Identify potential risks and collaborate across departments to develop mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary contact for contractual matters, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Commercial Contracts Manager experience required:
- Proven experience in a commercial role within a defence environment.
- Experience of drafting, negotiating and agreeing contracts and agreements.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts in a dynamic setting.
- Outstanding communication skills and familiarity with MoD contracting structures.
