Why we created Cirrus Elevate

Strong candidates don’t always interview well. We regularly see capable candidates miss out because they underplay their experience, struggle with competency questions, or aren’t sure what a panel is really assessing.

As working recruiters, we know how interview processes run in this sector, which competencies employers score, and where candidates tend to lose marks. Cirrus Elevate turns that knowledge into practical, honest coaching. We’re not generic career advisers, and we won’t just tell you what you want to hear.

How it works

  1. Tell us about the role. Share the job description, the employer or sector, and where you are in the process.

  2. We build your plan. We work out the likely interview format, the competencies being assessed and the areas to focus on.

  3. Coaching session. A one-to-one session where we practise likely questions and refine your answers.

  4. Follow-up materials. You leave with supporting notes to keep preparing before the day.

  • Interview Prep: a focused 60-minute session

  • Full Preparation Package: two sessions including a mock interview with feedback (most popular)
