Trials and Analysis Engineer

Based in Stevenage

Salary up to £55k + bonus, overtime, pension, hybrid working

You've probably got a solid job. Decent team, familiar problems, work you can do in your sleep.

This role is for someone who wants to be technically stretched. You'll be working across land, sea and air defence systems at every stage of the product lifecycle, from concept through qualification and into in-service support. Real programmes. Real complexity.

The work covers vibration, shock and thermal analysis, data gathering trials, platform integration, and structural modal assessment. You'll write test specifications, evaluate data, produce recommendations, and own your technical decisions. Nobody's going to walk you through it.

To be right for this, you'll need a strong background in environmental or mechanical engineering, experience analysing systems in complex environments, and ideally some exposure to signal processing and instrumentation. The mindset matters as much as the CV: investigative, adaptable, and comfortable making calls under pressure.

Due to security clearance, you will need to be a British citizenship.

The package is competitive, and the work is genuinely interesting. Not many engineers get to say that.

If this sounds like the step forward you've been quietly looking for, let's talk.
