A well-regarded defence prime is looking for a Software Technical Leader to take ownership of a Command and Control architecture that spans multiple products across multiple sites. It's a hands-on technical role first, with project leadership and product ownership woven in. If you want a seat in a boardroom more than a seat at a workbench, this probably isn't for you. You'll be working in C++, getting deep into system-wide architecture, driving design and development decisions, and keeping complex programmes moving when competing demands and difficult problems start stacking up. The kind of work that matters, in other words.
