Scrum Master
Based in Bristol
Salary up to £64,000
Most Scrum Masters spend their days polishing Jira boards for teams who've been doing Agile for years. This one's a bit different.
You'd be coaching teams who are new to Agile, in a defence programme that blends hardware and software delivery unlike anything you'll have coached before. No playbook to follow, no "how it's always been done." Just teams who need someone to build their capability from the ground up, and a programme that gives you the room to shape how that happens.
What's in it for you:
-
Salary up to £64K depending on experience, plus a bonus of up to £2,500
-
Pension contributions of up to 14% combined
-
Up to 15 additional flexi leave days on top of annual leave
-
Overtime
-
Hybrid working, 3 to 4 days on-site
You'll need to be a proactive, resilient coach who's comfortable role-modelling Agile behaviours rather than just facilitating ceremonies, and you'll need to be eligible for UK security clearance (British citizen or dual UK national).
If you're the kind of Scrum Master who gets more energy from a genuine transformation challenge than a smooth-running sprint, this is worth a conversation, even if you're not actively job hunting.
