RF Engineer
Gloucester, hybrid working, flexible hours
Salary £50,000 - £80,000 DOE
You know RF.
Not just theory, real systems. Signals, noise, antennas, measurement, making things actually work.
This is one of those roles where you don’t get boxed in.
You could be modelling RF circuits one week, testing systems the next, then working on SDR or vulnerability analysis on live programmes that actually matter.
You’ll be working on defence, cyber and intelligence projects, the kind where the output isn’t just interesting, it’s critical.
What’s in it for you?
- Real RF engineering, not paperwork
- Exposure to SDR, DSP and advanced RF systems
- The chance to specialise, or stay broad if that’s your thing
- Flexible working that actually means something
- Long-term career development in a business that invests properly
What they’re looking for:
- Experience with RF systems, design, test or analysis
- Comfortable with spectrum analysers, VNAs or similar
- Ideally some exposure to SDR, DSP or antenna design
You’ll need to hold current DV clearance.
If you enjoy solving complex RF problems and want to work on systems that genuinely make a difference, this is worth a conversation.
