Great engineering organisations don’t just build cutting edge technology, they build teams of problem solvers. This is one of those roles.
We’re supporting a global advanced technology organisation looking for a Design Support Engineer who thrives on solving complex production challenges and bridging the gap between design and manufacturing.
If you’re an Electronic Engineer with strong RF experience, and you enjoy getting hands-on with real engineering problems, this could be a seriously interesting next move.

Working closely with both engineering and manufacturing teams, you will help ensure sophisticated electronic systems are delivered on time, to the right standard, and ready for operational use.
No two days are the same, this is a role for engineers who enjoy variety, ownership, and a technical challenge.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the engineering interface between design and manufacturing teams
- Supporting the transition of complex electronic products from development into series production
- Solving production and capability challenges to maximise manufacturing yield
- Managing technical queries and supporting non-conformance resolution
- Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain production continuity
- Supporting component lifecycle and obsolescence management
What We’re Looking For
- You will be an Electronic Engineer who likes to get stuck in, and will likely bring:
- A broad electronic engineering background
- Strong knowledge of RF engineering
- Experience with electronic assembly and test environments
- The initiative to investigate issues and drive solutions
- Confidence working with both engineering and production teams
If you enjoy solving technical problems and keeping complex engineering programmes moving forward, then you will fit right in.
What’s On Offer
- Salary up to £57,000 depending on experience
