You fire missiles indoors.
Not literally, but close enough that it counts.
The Hardware-in-the-Loop team at one of Europe's most respected defence primes runs the most complete test of a missile short of an actual firing. They build real-time simulations that wrap around live missile hardware, and they do it with a small, expert team who genuinely know their stuff.
They need an RF engineer who can design, develop, and maintain complex RF equipment, work across electronics and software, and hold their own in multi-disciplinary teams where the stakes are real.
You don't need to tick every box. Broad RF experience matters more than a perfect CV. If you've worked across RF design and testing, system integration, real-time applications, or hardware with embedded controllers, this could be a serious conversation worth having.
The role is based in Stevenage. Mostly on-site, for reasons you'll understand once you know the work. Up to £55k, a decent bonus, 14% pension, and flexi leave that's actually flexible.
SC clearance required. British citizenship essential.
If you've been in the same seat for a while and wondered what a proper technical challenge looks like, this is worth a look.
