About the Role
As a Principal Manufacturing Engineer, you will lead the manufacturing engineering focus in supporting industrial transfer programmes from the initial bid stage through to delivery. Your expertise will facilitate seamless stakeholder engagement and drive operational excellence, ensuring projects meet both business and customer expectations. The role involves tactical and strategic responsibilities, providing a platform for personal development and extended influence within the manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Bring

NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21 apprenticeship and an HNC or a Degree in Engineering

Proven experience in manufacturing engineering within an industrial or production setting

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret design drawings for manufacturing

Excellent communication skills with the capability to work both independently and as part of a team

Digital communication awareness and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
