Lead Hardware Verification Engineer
Based in Bristol
Salary - £60,000 to £72,500 + Bonus, Pension

You’ll take the lead on verification for complex airborne electronic hardware. Not just executing, but shaping strategy, owning plans, and driving projects through to certification.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading end-to-end DO-254 verification activities

Owning verification plans, compliance, and strategy

Working across systems, hardware, safety, and simulation teams

Driving certification with customers and authorities

Supporting development of advanced electronic controller products
What matters:

Proven DO-254 experience in aerospace hardware
-
Background in FPGA, ASIC, PLD or complex electronic systems

Experience leading verification, not just contributing
-
Comfortable working across teams and influencing delivery
Nice to have:

Model-Based Design experience, Matlab, Simulink, Polarion, LabVIEW, Altium
