What you will be doing
- Working closely with customers to understand and capture operational requirements
- Developing system, subsystem and software requirements that deliver practical engineering solutions
- Supporting the development of common product solutions that can be adapted for different customer needs
- Managing engineering change through structured processes and governance
- Acting as the technical customer for specific software developments
- Contributing to system development activities and engineering trade studies
- Collaborating with engineering teams across multiple disciplines throughout the product lifecycle
You will ideally have experience in several of the following:
- Requirements management and requirements derivation
- Systems engineering within a complex engineering environment
- Requirements management tools such as DOORS, DOORS Next or Rhapsody
- Engineering change management and configuration control
- Developing complex systems throughout the engineering lifecycle
- Producing and communicating technical architectures
- Leading technical discussions with customers and stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience of product line engineering would be advantageous but is not essential

Package includes
