Engineering Project Manager
Location: Bristol
Salary: Up to £55,000

The Engineering Project Manager position
As an Engineering Project Manager (EPM), you will play a crucial role in driving the design, development, and delivery of world-class electronic equipment. From concept to full production, you will be responsible for ensuring we are on time, within budget, and meeting the highest quality standards.
Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. As part of a dynamic team, you will work closely with Project Controllers for scheduling in P6, as well as mentoring our Engineering Project Coordinators.
In addition, this role offers a clear path for advancement, leading to Senior EPM and Delivery Lead positions. There will be future opportunities to manage larger project portfolios and teams, while also taking on increased customer management responsibilities. Engineering Project Manager skills and experience required.

A demonstrable background in the engineering development of electronics units

Experience in effective project management techniques, including risks, engaging with different parties, ensuring compliance, project configurations, and tracking earned value.

Consistent track record of delivering significant projects/programmes on time and within budget.

Experience in managing projects across all phases, from conception and initiation to manufacture, qualification, and customer delivery.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others.

Highly organised with great attention to detail and a strong sense of pride in your work.
