This is a fantastic opportunity for a multi-skilled Electrical Maintenance Operator who thrives in a dynamic, high-tech environment and enjoys solving real-world engineering challenges.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of plant and process equipment, including:
- Environmental chambers
- Nitrogen and pressure systems
- Test and measurement equipment
- ESD-protected environments
Expect a varied, technically engaging role where you will:
- Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance
- Diagnose faults and support defect investigations
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
- Support operational teams to keep critical systems running

What We’re Looking For
- Completed an NVQ Level 3 Electrical Engineering apprenticeship (or equivalent, plus additional qualifications such as HNC / HND)
- Strong experience maintaining plant/process equipment
- Confident fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- A proactive, safety-conscious mindset
Nice to have:
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience with vacuum systems, environmental chambers, or pressure systems
- SAP knowledge
- Background in electronics manufacturing
