Test Equipment Development Engineer

Salary: Up to £35,000 + benefits – (Bonus, Overtime, Pension & more)

Test Equipment Development Engineer key activities

Design, produce, integrate and prove Test Equipment covering electronics, electrical, mechanical, RF, measurement equipment and instrumentation.

Design and develop leading edge Test Equipment products from conception through to delivery and ongoing support.

Working with supportive project teams to develop effective total test solutions to meet delivery timescales and technical performance through the Unit Under Test product development, qualification and production life cycle.

Integration and proving of Test Equipment with the Unit Under Test.

Working with colleagues across Europe to deliver test solutions.
Test Equipment Development Engineer skills and qualifications required:
· Experienced in the design, integration and validation of electronic / electro mechanical equipment and systems
· Knowledge of test equipment, test needs and techniques in support of product life cycle development
· Design Proving and performance testing during development
· Environmental and EMC testing during qualification etc.
· Product integrity testing in Series Manufacture
· Product Acceptance
