Salary:                  Circa £55,000 P/A d.o.e. + benefits (plus Overtime, Flexi and Bonus)

Hours:                  37 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Systems Integration Lead to join an ambitious, highly regarded, scientific engineering / manufacturing business that are in a position of sustained growth.

As the Systems Integration Lead your primary objective is to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team. You will be experienced in functional design and integration to demonstrate your understanding of the challenges of integrating complex systems into a larger / wider system context.

This role will also involve engagement with the customer along with industry partners with the Systems Integration Lead acting as an experienced technical point of contact with these organisations.

Skills Required: 

  • Proven experience in developing and integrating complex systems, preferably in the defence industry
  • Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to initiate and drive trade studies
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to a variety of stakeholders (internally and externally)
  • Experience developing requirement sets, and an ability to agreeing these collaboratively with different stakeholder groups including System Design Authorities and Government organisations
  • Project engineering knowledge to be able to design and deliver work packages
  • Familiarity with system architecture tools, including DOORS and Rhapsody

You will need to obtain UK Security Clearance for this role. This will require you to either be a UK Citizen or UK Dual Citizen. Some restrictions may apply.
