Are you looking for an exciting career move where you will be heading up a systems level verification and performance acceptance team on a major technical project that is critical to UK defence and security? If yes, then this could be for you.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic engineer to head up a team in the delivery of system level verification and performance assessment on a large technical programme with multiple export opportunities. Elements of the programme range from bids through to in-service. The programmes are diverse in nature including the full system design, a training solution, and an operational analysis model.
You will need to be confident in managing crucial deliveries across multiple programmes; ensuring priorities are balanced within the group and adapting to changing circumstances. To succeed in this role a successful candidate will need to manage a wide range of external stakeholders, including the UK and export customers.
This is a chance to head an important group that has wide-ranging responsibilities which include performance assessment, safety studies and requirement maintenance as well as system level certification.

Requirements (Include but not limited to)
- Degree qualified in a relevant technical discipline
- Experience of system design and/or performance assessment
- Knowledge of design verification and certification
- Ability to engage and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- People and task management experience
