A Stevenage based technical and scientific engineering organisation have an opportunity for a Lead Developer in simulation and experimentation.

The position
The Lead Developer will join their Simulation and Experimentation team and take ownership applying an Agile methodology to produce simulation components, through to experiments incorporating real equipment and military personnel. This is a hands-on role

Lead the technical management of a small Agile software development team to meet the weapon system requirements.

Use Agile Scrums for development of real-time software components to simulate weapon systems.

Integration of Simulink models and real equipment.
Required

Practical software engineering and / or system integration

C# and C++ with web services

Integration of simulink models and real hardware components.

Experience of simulation standards (DIS and HLA)
