Export Control Officer
Location: Stevenage
Salary: £38,000 to £45,000 + benefits (Bonus, Pension, Holiday Pay & more)
Working within a world leading, innovative technical engineering organisation, we currently have an opportunity for an Export Control Officer which will see you working with all areas of the business, providing export licensing expertise, as the company continues to grow and develop its export capacity. This role will require you to manage a small team within the export department.
You will be joining a dynamic, focussed team where you will have the opportunity to develop valuable expertise in the area of Export Licensing but also to develop your network throughout the business and be at the forefront of what is happening as the business grows and develops its export activity.
Export Control Officer Responsibilities

Managing a small team to deliver excellent customer service

Providing expertise advise on Export Licencing, dealing with internal and external agencies to ensure company compliance

Liaising with government departments, networking internally and externally and helping to drive the business forward to meet export requirements
Export Control Officer skills and qualifications required:

Experience of managing a team

Good mediator and communicator when dealing with a range of people in different disciplines

Strong eye for detail

Previous expertise in Export Licensing, ITAR & EAR regulations would be highly beneficial
