Salary: £40,000 to £47,000 + benefits (Overtime, Pension, Bonus)

As the EMC Test Team Leader, you will be managing and coordinating the test activities to qualify product developments against electromagnetic environment requirements, performed by an experienced and a highly capable team.
EMC Test Team Leader Responsibilities

Manage a team consisting of placements, graduates, experienced engineers and technical specialists (currently 6 team members)

Allocate and coordinate the test activities within the EMC test team.

Act as the lab custodian for one of the few military EMC test facilities.

Lead and coordinate the EMC test facility improvements.

Gain exposure and perform testing on new product lines, testing state of the art technology.
EMC Test Team Leader skills and qualifications required:

Good people and project manager

Knowledge of electrical, electronic and electromagnetic engineering.

Ideally have experience in EMC testing.

Ideally have experience managing a test facility.
