Electronics Engineering People Manager
Salary: £50,000 to £58,000 + Bonus, Pension, Hybrid working
Working within a world leading, technical engineering organisation, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an Electronics Engineering People Manager who is passionate about managing the performance and development of our people. We’re looking for someone with a background in Electronic Engineering, who demonstrates passion, focus and drive with the vision to lead a team to deliver.
You will be responsible for managing the development and performance of your team. This will include the delivery of high-quality development and performance reviews for your people, alongside regular reviews of processes, tools, and training opportunities.
