Electrical Equipment Manager
Location: Stevenage
Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 DOE + Bonus, Pension & Hybrid working
Working within a world leading, technical engineering organisation, we currently have an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Equipment Manager who will be responsible for the delivery of electrical architecture and projects for complex systems used in the defence sector.
Electrical Equipment Manager Engineer Key Activities:

Project manage the equipment during development, qualification and manufacture

Produce Statements of Work for the associated design authority

Build and update plans showing activities

Manage internal & external design authorities for delivery of hardware, software, and deliverables to schedule, cost, quality and performance

Hold regular progress reviews

Review qualification verification evidence

Supervise and find resolution to equipment non-compliances

Attend and support design reviews
Electrical Equipment Manager skills and qualifications required:
-
Degree level qualification in a related subject.

Experience of leading product development projects

Ideally experience within a defence related background, however, experience within other engineering industries will also be considered.

Technical experience desired: electrical/electronics, interfaces, data communication, knowledge of defence/industry standards
