Context
A Stevenage based technical and scientific engineering organisation have an opportunity for an Ada Software Engineer.
It’s an amazing business. They have a customer order book stretching for several years, with healthy profits and balance sheet. They are stable with steady controlled growth.
The position
A hands-on position, the Ada Software Engineer will design, implement and test software. They work in small, focused teams of engineers - experienced software, systems and electronics engineers - concentrating on complex problems for exciting products.
Required
Desirable but not required

Model-based development, eg. SysML, UML using IBM’s Rhapsody, Matlab/Simulink.

RTOS such as PikeOS.

Low level driver development
-
Windows & Linux dev environments for ARM based multi-core processing.

DefStan 00-55 & RTCA 178B/C or MISRA.

IBM Rational Team Concert.

Continuous Integration (Jenkins) and Test Driven Development.
